Great little local stop for BBQ. You will need to be patient because the owner is the operator who was working alone when I went. He was super personable and I enjoyed conversing with him as he filled my order. Tried the brisket and chicken which were wonderful. Ribs must be popular, he was out when I went after work. We drove down to Stonewall excited about trying out the barbecue. Arrived 2:50 p.m. on a Thursday and it was closed. There are no signs indicating hours of operation so maybe it's hit and miss. We will try again in the future and update this review. View all feedback.

Definitely delicious BBQ just don't be in a rush to eat. It's a 1 man show and it's worth the wait!
