What Jai Maa doesn't like about Subway:
A 30 year old worker was harassing and saying inappropriate things to the young girls working there. Disgusting. They also had maggots in the peppers. One of the girls tried to report the worker and the manager just told her to quit. Disgusting people and disgusting place. They need to be reported for behavior and hygiene. View all feedback.
Subway here is good its just sad that when they have the promo sales commercial they say they dont have it how can u say you dont do it when its cleary being
I am unable to tell you if the food was good or not. I placed an order through Subway app on Friday and the system did not alert me that they had closed early around 5 ish (Black Friday) and it stated that the order was received and it was ready and they charged me. I went to pick it up and of course they were closed. I called the number on the door and the mail box was full. I then called for a few days and finally got to speak to a manager today. He stated that he was in fact closed and that if I NEEDED money I should call my credit card company to get my money. I told him I do not NEED money I was charged for food that I did I not receive and WANT my money back. He kept saying that there was nothing that he could do and he did not have my money I needed to get it back from Subway.The sad thing was I had gone in to the store on Wednesday night and did not get a sub because it seemed so unorganized but thought that I would be safe ordering online because I really wanted a sub.
Food was awful! I got home and my bread was soggy and falling apart! Customer service was non existent. I won’t go
Service was terrible, atmosphere terrible, workers terrible. Workers didn't answer questions acted like they didn't hear you. Overall I give an F for Service.
Eugene and Trinity are awesome! By far the best customer service at this location that I have ever received. Please keep them and take care of them! They deserve a raise! I promise, they're earning it! Thank you both for being awesome!
