When I called to find out where the delivery was, the man on the phone was extremely rude basically telling me to be patient. (Why are you telling people delivery times if you are incapable of sticking to them! When we finally got the food, the pizza was burnt and tasteless. The garlic bread tasted like a frozen one from Aldi.. the dough was uncooked and powdery. The chips were soggy and the colour of some of them was questionable to say the least. The mozzarella sticks were over cooked and hard as a rock. I had a very upset 9 year old that was looking forward to this as a treat…. And she ate nothing. I certainly won’t be ordering from you again… how you even think sending out food in this state is acceptable is beyond me.

By the time It came it’s wasn’t the best, the chips had black things in, there was no apology at the door:P Won’t be going back anytime soon

Prawn puree, extremely hot spice wise. 2 x curries asked for mild and medium were again extremely hot spiced. Excessive oil in all food including the rice. The nan was stodgy. Asked for no salad and extra mango and onion for popadoms. Totally ignored. Shame really as previous meals were fine but just lately really poor. Might be our last meal with them especially after lockdown is over. Buck your ideas up gentlemen or you'll have no customers.The only reviews on their website are 8 months old. Says a lot.

Customer service is not their strong point... if, indeed, they have any strong points. A dive of a takeaway that I wouldn’t visit again if I was starving to death.
