Myself and some friends had come to Stone to visit a few pubs and half wat through the afternoon needed something to eat. Saw this place. Only us in but after lunchtime and before teatime. I had a large cod and it was delicious. My friends all had different things, pie, sausage, gravy etc and we all agreed they were of a very high standard. Would happily get food from here again. We could easil... read more Best chippy we've tried for a long time. Food was lovely and hot. The portions of chips served with our fish cake and battered sausage were huge. We could easily have shared one portion of chips between us! Lovely mushy peas too. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Shame we don't live locally as we'd definitely visit again.
