I visited this gas station on December 17th, 2021, while heading to Scotland. There was a very friendly young woman on duty, who had short hair and a tattoo. During my stop, I encountered a kind stranger who generously paid for my order. I have never experienced such poor customer service. The staff was aggressive and extremely rude. I'm genuinely astonished that customers are treated with such disdain. View all feedback.
Great friendly staff. Good food and so clean. This is the best Shell station I have visited. Costa machines are always spotless. A big thank you to all the staff.
Reasonably Price, but not cheapest friendly staffs , very clean service station
Lie to you when asked questions coffee machine is filthy and only pours small portions and they charge you for large
E5 petrol at all pumps.
Incredibly rude!
