The food is... read more The Killin Hotel is situated in a stunning location with breathtaking views of the local mountains, Ben Lawers, and just a short walk from Loch Tay. The food is excellent, the service is outstanding, especially from Brodie, JD, Hugh, and Nav. The atmosphere is great, and we found ourselves coming back every day for a drink after a day out. The hotel is very dog-friendly, making it the perfect destination for all.

The dinner offering... read more During our short stay here, we found the hotel to be satisfactory with everything in working order and the staff being friendly and helpful. The dinner offerings consisted of typical dishes like fish and chips and pie with generous portion sizes more suited for hikers. The quality of the food was good, but we found ourselves unable to finish our main dishes after the hearty starters and decided to skip dessert. The front desk and restaurant were managed by only two individuals who appeared to be somewhat overwhelmed, but they were trying their best. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with particularly amazing croissants that we felt the provider should start a bakery for. If we return, we may opt for only one course during our next meal at the restaurant.
