What User likes about Hermann's:
we had a nice lunch at hermann’s before we visited the death castle. the set menu was very valuable, with very generous portions and very tasty meals. service was fast and friendly. a wonderful visit and I will certainly eat here again when I'm dying. View all feedback.

What Peter Haas doesn't like about Hermann's:
The ratings of the place are not understandable. The 5 main courses they offer have nothing to do with austrian or scottish cuisine. The Wiener Schnitzel is like a fried coaster. Can’t sell that in Austria. Waitress like a ghost. Atmosphere at good as it can be as the only guests Sunday night 8pm. And that’s no wonder. Absolutely terrible in any regard. View all feedback.

The service was terrible and the food was flavorless. Despite being recommended by the Rough Guide as one of the top dining spots in Sterling, it turned out to be the worst experience.

My partner and I decided to have a spontaneous dinner at a restaurant we had never been to before. We received excellent service as soon as we walked in, and the food was absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend this place!

This restaurant has a German theme throughout its menu. The staff are friendly and the food is excellent. Prices are reasonable, although it is not a budget-friendly option. They offer a nice selection of drinks and are conveniently located near Stirling Castle.

Visiting from Hawaii, we are always excited to find schnitzel on the menu. After reading the great reviews we opted to try it. On our second attempt at reservations, we were able to get in. We were NOT disappointed. We had both schnitzels and even though they were both wonderful, the wiener schnitzel was a favorite! The risotto was also amazing. The staff was top notch they promptly took care of our every need. Highly recommend!
