I got my coffee is was good but when I order my two sausage rolls they was Doughy and soggy and cold I couldn't get them I'm so disappointed cause I got it with my Christmas gift card?

Weak coffee, weak service. Americano was literally hot water. I pointed this out to the “barista” who just shrugged and said she made it correctly but could make it again. The same way? “Yes.”
