Despite some issues with service, this pizza restaurant offers delicious food and a great ambiance. The staff may be young and inexperienced, resulting in mistakes with orders and lackluster service. Fun spot after the game or to even pop in during the game if the weather is bad. Surprisingly they have TV’s everywhere but only had the game on the radio. We asked our waiter if they could put the game on and it was quite the ordeal to get the manager out and three other employees to figure it out, but alas they finally got it. Pizza was solid and made perfectly to order! Service: Dine in
The thin crust pizzas are delicious, particularly their Margherita! I am Italian and this place does a very good job at replicating Italian thin crust. The service is also great, we have had a great and responsive experience each time. Highlyrecommended!
The food at this restaurant is delicious and deserving of 5 stars for its flavor. However, the service leaves much to be desired. In my experience, the staff at this location seems to be comprised of indifferent college kids who are more interested in socializing than in doing their job. On both of my visits, I had to actively seek out a server as they walked past our table without acknowledging us. One time, our waitress even abruptly quit or was fired during our meal, leaving us without service until a manager stepped in. Our orders were also consistently wrong, and the staff seemed unwilling to simply correct the mistake. While the food is great, I recommend avoiding dining in until the restaurant addresses the lackadaisical attitude of its young staff members.
It was everything I had anticipated for a hidden gem experience! The food and service were fantastic!
