Experiencing this level of gelato is a gift. Experiencing it in Stillwater, Oklahoma is a true surprise and delight moment.Blue Spruce has figured life out — at least in terms of making exceptional gelato and a welcoming, well put together space for people to gather.The most stressful part of my visit to Oklahoma was deciding which flavors to get. Naturally, I had to go two days in a row to fit it all in: Cookie butter, chocolate cake, coconut, and key lime pie. See my dilemma? All were superb. Somehow the cookie crumbs in the cookie butter were still crispy. How?! Magic. I love ice cream. And I love great ice cream even more. Blue Spruce just raised that bar. Go here — and allow time to contemplate which flavors suit your mood that day.
