I began frequenting this place the week it opened in 1994. I wish I lived close enough to frequent it now. This place only gets better with age. It has managed to well-preserve itself for the homecomer eager to relive a wonderful period of time, while staying current with modern times. And the coffee. Oh my. By far the best cappuccino/latte I have had anywhere in way too long. The service is friendly, the ambiance is... View all feedback.
What Panda McCurtain doesn't like about Aspen Coffee Company Downtown:
Any barista who throws a powder into a cup to make hot chocolate that is not a ground chocolate does not work for a true coffee shop. This was horrible and not even hot. Disgusting aftertaste. Will not go back.Tip: it does not take 4 college co-eds discussing laundry to close down a shop at night. If you have a customer in front of you, greet them! Ask their order! Stop counting down the till 30 minutes prior to close... View all feedback.
Nice place to work. Very polite and friendly staff. Vegetarian options: None other than coffee and tea and water Dietary restrictions: Everything have eggs. Kid-friendliness: Nice place for kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible.
A cozy place, where you can have a very relaxed chat with friends. Located in a good place. The place is small, clean and the service is very friendly. During peak hours you may have to park around the street, but the area is very pleasant. You can order to take away or to consume on site.
Over crowded, too hot to stay inside. At least one barista didn't want to be there today. Could just have been a bad day.
Coffee was a little bitter and tasted like a Folgers. Service was fast and friendly.
Putting out the good vibes... And the good coffee...First time I went in there was back like I think in the '90s... Keep the location nostalgia...
