So I went into WAWA and the store associate was ver... read more I went to other convenience stores earlier and they would not assist me with some change to do some laundry. So I went into WAWA and the store associate was very professional and had good customer service by going above and beyond by asking the managerif he could assist me because he did not have but a couple of quarters. The manager came out and was very friendly and providedme with this request with kindness and great customer service. I always enjoyed WAWA and this is another example why I willchose WAWA over any other store. Keep up the customer service. Makes a huge difference in having loyal customers. I went inthe store around 10 pm on 7 Aug 2022.

During my first visit, the "crispy" c... read more This was only my second visit to Wawa, and I had hoped for a better experience because I believe in giving second chances. During my first visit, the "crispy" chicken sandwich wasn’t crispy at all, and the fries were barely warm. Last night, I tried a hoagie with extremely chewy bread. I also ordered the buffalo mac and cheese, but it came with a sweet barbecue sauce instead of buffalo sauce. Finally, for lunch today, I had an Italian salad. I thought you couldn’t go wrong with salad, but after eating about a third to half of it, I found a leaf—like one you’d find stuck to the bottom of your shoe after a rainstorm. I’m really put off and disappointed.

They told me ex... read more I ordered the chicken salad with extra mayo. When I went to pick up my hoagie, there was no mayo on it, and the chicken salad was extremely dry. They told me extra mayo wasn’t available—how is that even possible? Really disappointing and a complete waste of money.

My only downside is that... read more I love Wawa, and this location is great because of the reasonable gas prices, cleanliness, extensive menu options, and friendly staff. My only downside is that I wish the Wawa app was compatible with my very old smartphone so I could order ahead, but unfortunately, it’s not.
