I won't be return... read more I would give this place zero stars if I could! The staff here are incredibly rude—I've never encountered such unprofessionalism anywhere else. I won't be returning; I'll take my business elsewhere. They completely ignored our requests. I asked for a side sauce, and they told me that they charge for it, so they refused to provide it, not even a cup of water. What a terrible experience!

It felt like I was struggling to communicate my order, similar to a scene from a Busta Rhymes song—constantly asking, "What's next? Hold on a second." The staff was incredibly rude. Additionally, if I'm paying for extra meat or cheese, I expect to actually receive it. I requested extra spinach on my veggie sandwich, but what I got was just two extra leaves, and the original amount wasn’t even a full serving. I spent $32 for what amounted to a loaf of Wonder Bread. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

The meat was old, the lettuce was wilted, and overall, it felt like a waste of both my money and my time.

When I requested hot peppers on the si... read more I don’t think I’ll be returning! I visited the Subway at Great Falls Plaza today and had a very disappointing experience. When I requested hot peppers on the side, the owner rolled her eyes and had a negative attitude, roughly placing the vegetables in front of me. At the register, when I tried to pay with a coupon, she clearly wasn't happy and told me not to bring the coupon again. I mentioned that I found her response unkind, and she retorted, “You don’t have to come back here.” She also remarked that the coupon doesn’t benefit them and implied that I should know better than to use it. I was honestly taken aback! I'm not sure how this place stays in business, as the staff is consistently rude—not just to me, but to other customers as well, both before and after my visit. It seems like people often complain, yet we keep coming back solely for the convenience, hoping things will get better. Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve one star!
