I visited this restaurant and unfortunately experienced food poisoning on three separate occasions. I strongly advise against dining here, as it can lead to illness. Loudon County is currently conducting an investigation into the matter.

I live in Great Falls and was thrilled when a Subway franchise opened in our village center.

I politely requested that she listen to my order instead of rushing through it. Unfortunately, she ended up putting the wrong sauces on my sandwich because she wasn't paying attention. When I pointed this out, she removed the sauces with a paper napkin, which contaminated my sandwich. Then she put another incorrect sauce on because she still wasn’t focused, and when she grabbed the napkin again, I decided to let it go and said it was fine. When I presented a coupon that Subway had sent me, she scoffed and said, "Oh great, a coupon." When I asked her what was wrong with using a Subway coupon, the cashier claimed they lost a lot of money because of them. I asked why Subway would send them if they weren't supposed to honor them, and they told me they weren't obligated to accept it since it mentioned "participating restaurants." There was no signage on the door indicating that they didn't accept coupons, yet they chose to insult me in front of other customers for presenting one. I was extremely frustrated with the entire experience and chose to leave without purchasing my two footlongs. Another customer informed me that they often put very few veggies on sandwiches and argue if anyone requests the correct portion. I can’t imagine that this kind of treatment is limited to just me at this store. I hope these employees are held accountable for their appalling service and for disrespecting their paying customers.

The website states that they close at 9 PM, but when I got there at 7:45, the manager was already putting away the toppings as I was ordering my sandwich. I found that quite amusing!

I don’t think I’ll be returning! I visited the Subway at Great Falls Plaza today and had a very disappointing experience. When I requested hot peppers on the side, the owner rolled her eyes and had a negative attitude, roughly placing the vegetables in front of me. At the register, when I tried to pay with a coupon, she clearly wasn't happy and told me not to bring the coupon again. I mentioned that I found her response unkind, and she retorted, “You don’t have to come back here.” She also remarked that the coupon doesn’t benefit them and implied that I should know better than to use it. I was honestly taken aback! I'm not sure how this place stays in business, as the staff is consistently rude—not just to me, but to other customers as well, both before and after my visit. It seems like people often complain, yet we keep coming back solely for the convenience, hoping things will get better. Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve one star!
