Chicken seamed a little old in the 20 dollar full up box. Also, I got a large coleslaw and it was fresh. Plus 2 Chicken sandwiches, they were also good. Service from girl at the counter was perfect. View all feedback.

This restaurant was the worst and dirtiest place I've ever taken my family. I would give it a 100% thumbs down as a dining option. The bathrooms were so dirty that you could smell them from the front of the restaurant. View all feedback.

The food was fresh and delicious. Parking is limited, but it's not a big concern since most customers utilize the drive-thru. Kid-friendly: What child doesn’t enjoy chicken legs? Wheelchair accessibility: The parking area is flat.

My friends, who were at work, were really hungry. We checked DoorDash, and the prices were outrageous. So I called my local KFC in Sterling, Illinois, only to find out that they don’t take phone orders—only through the app. Since we didn't have the app, I was pleasantly surprised when they agreed to take my order anyway. I rushed over to pick up lunch for my friends. The gentleman who handled my order was extremely accommodating, despite the app policy. Thank you so much to the KFC in Sterling, Illinois! All the staff were very helpful.
