We discovered this restaurant last month and the food was beautiful so we thought we would try again and we were not disappointed. This would be arguably the best Italian in Adelaide. We were here on a Wednesday night for a very special celebration. I confess to having high expectations based on the reviews, but left slightly disappointed, even though the company was great. We were greeted with smiles upon entry, the restaurant has a contemporary look with soft lighting and candle lit tables. Could not fault the service, aside from trainee staff learning hick-ups but it gave us all something to laugh about together for the night. The northern Italian dishes we had were rich in flavours, the drinks were fabulous, I love that the pretty butter complimented the warm side rolls. Although the potato gnocchi melted in your mouth, it needed slightly more pinch of salt so did the stracciatella, the veal was perfectly tender, the ragù was perfectly cooked, and the oysters were fresh. The house made desserts were good and coffee came with complimentary Biscotti di Meliga. Definitely had a fine dining experience. The rest rooms could do with a revamp to suit with the rest of the decor. Street Parking can be a little challenging

Always a nice meal here. Great service and nice ambience. The menu hardly ever changes but it is all really tasty. The Veal with mushrooms is my favourite.
