The cake looked absolutely perfect, so much so that no one wanted to cut into it. The flavor was outstanding, not overly sweet as one might expect. It was perfectly balanced and simply delicious. When we went to pick up the cake at the shop, we were shocked by the stunning wedding cakes on display. My mother couldn't stop raving about them all the way home, as she had never seen such amazing cakes before. Well done Heidelberg Cakes! You surpass even Cake Boss, and I wouldn't be surprised if you were the best cake makers in all of Australia.

Not to mention the cake was absolutely delicious. Our non-gluten free eating guests couldn’t tell the difference! It made it feel much more special cutting a cake with my new husband that we could both eat! We will be getting all of our future birthday/celebration cakes from here too!
