It's worth taking an extra drive all the way from Eastern Norway to visit this one The concept was completely unique where we were served the first dishes outside, but with a fantastic view of Trøndelag's nature at sunset. We got a total of 21 dishes, all equally good and exciting. The best experience was probably that Kim Sjøbakk himself came and presented all the dishes. And the butler/waiter was impeccable. Funny, precise, omniscient and a presence the likes of which we have never seen. The man took the accompanying wine menu, all wines went equally well with all dishes. I took the juice menu, and for the first time in my life was glad that I opted out of alcohol. Never come across more interesting and good juices before. Flavor bombs! We will be back, for sure!
