One of the best dining experiences we have ever had! It's worth taking an extra drive all the way from Eastern Norway to visit this one The concept was completely unique where we were served the first dishes outside, but with a fantastic view of Trøndelag's nature at sunset. We got a total of 21 dishes, all equally good and exciting. The best experience was probably that Kim Sjøbakk himself came and presented all the dishes. And the butler/waiter was impeccable. Funny, precise, omniscient and a presence the likes of which we have never seen. The man took the accompanying wine menu, all wines went equally well with all dishes. I took the juice menu, and for the first time in my life was glad that I opted out of alcohol. Never come across more interesting and good juices before. Flavor bombs! We will be back, for sure!
