This was absolutely terrible. Pathetic, I had heard about the fried ribs and it intrigued me. I discovered it's not intriguing at all. Small ribs with minimal meat are lightly dredged and fried. It was barely discernable as pork, and dry. This is not innovation.Potato salad was some boiled spuds and mayo. Meh.A lean brisket sandwich was also ordered and it was as dry as sawdust. So so so ridiculously good, damn. I always get the pork ribs and always a pound at a time. Always really moist, excellent flavor from the smoke (you can see their big pile of wood outside! and the service is polite even though I don't speak Spanish lol. Cash only, totally worth it, and they cater. Their bbq sauce is good but also try the BBQ beans!!! View all feedback.

Delicious turkey. Very flavorful. My husband and I had to eat some. Couldn't resist the smell. So good. Will have to try the brisket and ribs next time.
