What ChiTex doesn't like about Red Ash Italia:
This was my first time at Red Ash. The food was amazing but definitely on the expensive side. My ONLY complaint is that in between courses our table was not cleaned off from crumbs, food that may have been spilled while sharing. For the class of restaurant this is I was shocked that they would not notice the table needed cleaning. View all feedback.
The first time here, and it was on site! From ambience to food, this is definitely the place to go! The service was 10/10, my waiter described the food recommended several options that got me excited! They need masks while inside, but others than, their food was excellent! Definitely come back to try out more articles!
Excellent place. Huge, but very busy! They take clearly smoke and fire very seriously as they do their pasta. I had followed the Agnolotti by a special porcetta (which was from this world!! Special praise for her garlic bread app. Apparently the bread comes from NYC- was warm crisp and very licky. Perfect. Thanks to Lauren for a great bar service and food management.
Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this Italian restaurant! The service was top notch, our server was so knowledgeable and friendly and made our experience that much more enjoyable. We shared plates which they recommend and that was very helpful because I wanted to try everything on the menu!
One of my favorite restaurants in the world! Service was stellar! Attentive, friendly, and efficient. Cocktails, Spring Fling and Havana 3am, were delicious, well balanced, great depth of flavor. The Hot and crispy Italian bread was as delicious and yummy as ever. This time we ordered the Caesar salad and Beet, Orange, and Fennel salad since it was so hot and we were looking for something light and both were refreshing and excellent. My Brother in Law's wood grilled bone in New York came and it was well done, not even a hint of pink, but the kitchen fired a new one and it was delivered a perfect medium rare. The server comped our three desserts for the issue which was appreciated. The Pacific Halibut was a little too salty for my taste and also a little over done but flavors were good so kept it. For dessert, the olive oil cake was the standout for us with the espresso afogato running a close second. As others have noted, make sure to make your reservations well in advance!!!
Very recommended. If I could give 10 out of 10, I would, Not only was the quality of each dish absolutely mouth water, but its presentation was also very satisfying. As much as we all enjoy a delicious dish, I must point out to their amazing employees. Every small detail of every single appetizer to get to know, get enticed for the day and deliver a high customer service/experience that is very important to me. This was my second time in Red Ash and again I went fully satisfied. The garlic bread octopus is an attempt! I also tired bone marrow for the first time I was not disappointed, every bite was perfection. They are also not shy with their portions, worth every dollar! Perfect for Date Night/Events/Business Dinner. I wish I had pictures of the environment, but I have a photo of my court, nothing compared to how it looked in person.
