Feedback
Odd Duck in Austin offers great seasonal food sourced from local farmers markets and baked on-site. While the food and drinks are creative and delicious, the service can be hit-or-miss, with some customers experiencing exceptional service while others are disappointed. The menu offers a limited selection of vegetarian options, but the food is described as amazing overall. The restaurant can get quite busy and loud, but the unique and delicious experience makes it worth visiting. The kitchen is open, allowing diners to watch their food being prepared. Odd Duck is highly recommended for those looking for a fantastic dining experience in Austin.
My first time after years of wanting to try it, and it did not disappoint. Outstanding service, a quirky, authentically Austin setting and fantastic food and drinks. Parking: Parking is challenging.
Best quail I've ever had!! And such a comfy atmosphere with personable servers and pro kitchen staff. They really bring out the most interesting flavor combinations too. Love this place.
Great experience overall! The blackened redfish and stuffed quail were excellent, and the sourdough ice cream was a highlight. The chicken heart skewers were tasty. Great cocktails too. Worth a visit!
We came in for a quick bite without knowing that they were about to close. Pulled up to the valet and the gentleman went in to check for a table with the host without us asking. They were about to accommodate us at the bar seating. The bartender was great, recommended some good wines for my husband. Had good conversations, food quality was really good. Portions are more tapa style (would recommend doing 3-4 dishes for 2 people).
