Winona's - Steamboat Springs

The food was tasty, and the staff were friendly and quick. I had the best chai tea I've ever tasted. However, there were a couple of downsides: it was quite busy, so we had to wait about 25 minutes for a table, and it felt a bit pricey for what we received. The menu had several vegan options, which were clearly marked. Our only disappointment was that our breakfast dishes were covered in a sauce that we hadn’t requested as an add-on. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, and I would consider coming back!

This place is outstanding. It's cozy, serves excellent coffee and food, and has a fantastic atmosphere.

I had a wonderful breakfast here. It consisted of tofu served over fried beans and flour tortillas, topped with green chili sauce, guacamole, and salsa. The portions were generous, and there were several vegan options available.

The one dish I had was pretty good. Not a ton of options for vegans. I guess I could have asked if they would sub stuff but they didn’t say it anywhere on the menu and server was not really interested in waiting on tables. I will try Freshies down the street next time.

Good food!! We visited for breakfast and saw only one vegan item on the menu (tofu scramble) but they were willing to substitute tofu for most egg dishes with no extra charge. We had the California rancheros and subbed tofu for eggs- so tasty.
