The coffee is always outstanding, the service is fantastic, and the atmosphere is inviting. The only reason I'm rating it 4 out of 5 stars is due to its location in Craig; it's the only one situated within the city market, and reaching it can be somewhat challenging at times.
We visited this location and unfortunately, they were out of matcha for the green tea frappuccino, which was disappointing for my daughter since that's her favorite drink. However, a staff member recommended the vanilla frappuccino, and my daughter was thrilled after taking a sip! Now she had two tasty options to choose from. The staff at Starbucks was also very kind and friendly!
The caramel macchiato is my go-to drink, and the customer service here is outstanding! The staff consistently checks in on how my day is going, and they are incredibly friendly. This is truly a wonderful Starbucks!
