The food is consistently excellent, with menu items cooked to perfection and creative cocktails to enjoy. Service is generally top-notch, though some guests encountered limitations on dining time or struggled to converse due to noise levels. The atmosphere is cozy and family-friendly, making it a great venue for celebrations. While some found the prices on the high end for the area, others felt it was justified by the quality of the meal. Overall, Ore House offers a unique dining experience that seems to hit the mark for many visitors.
During my vacation, I made a reservation at Ore House for 5pm on a Friday. The staff was great and the restaurant was very clean. I especially enjoyed the cowboy atmosphere. The drinks were strong and delicious. We ordered the French dip with asparagus and baked potato, as well as the 8 oz prime rib cooked medium rare. Both dishes were cooked perfectly and the flavor was amazing - probably the best prime rib I've ever had. Our waiter, Nate, was fantastic. To top off our meal, we had the Mud Pie for dessert, which was a total must-have.
The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and attentive to making sure you have a positive experience.
We’ve had dinner at Ore House many times and have always enjoyed the service, ambience and food.
Our experience at Ore House was wonderful. The waitress was incredible. She allowed us to try different wines so we could make a good selection. We had peppered elk steak and it was delicious. A relaxing atmosphere that made for a great dinner.
Solid meal in a rustic environment. Definitely a memorable place
