720 Fusion Fresh - Steamboat Springs

We consistently receive top-notch service every time we dine here. The staff always goes above and beyond, and the food is simply outstanding. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

During my trip to visit friends, two of us who are big sushi fans decided to have a “sushi night” after a fun but tiring day of skiing. The sashimi was incredibly fresh and there was a generous portion for three people. The service was attentive, and most importantly, the food was served quickly!

We tried delivery from 720 Fusion Fresh for the first time this past weekend. I'm usually a bit hesitant about 'fusion' restaurants because sometimes one cuisine overshadows the other, or neither is very good. However, in this instance, both the sushi and the Chinese dishes were outstanding. The vegetables in the Chinese meals were incredibly fresh, which is always a positive indicator. Everyone, from kids to adults, loved the sushi rolls. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Overall, the food is quite good for the price at 720 Fusion, which is more affordable compared to other restaurants on the same street—something I really appreciate. My favorite dish is the walnut shrimp; the shrimp is fresh and the sauce is delicious! The sushi rolls are tasty as well, but I found them to be simpler than I expected (see image). For example, the Fleming fire roll only contains spicy tuna, albacore, and spicy mayo, with no additional toppings like veggies or sesame seeds. The hot and sour soup and egg drop soup are exactly what you'd expect in terms of flavor. I also really enjoy that this place offers bubble tea! The bubbles are chewy, and the tea is good! My only suggestions for improvement would be to add a bit more creativity to their sushi rolls and perhaps a few more bubbles in the bubble tea!

I was on my way to a different restaurant after a visit to the Springs when I stopped here because the aroma was just too tempting. It was a really quiet day, as we were the only customers there. The service was great, and our food arrived in a timely manner. It was absolutely delicious! I’ll likely return if I find myself hungry in Steamboat again. I highly recommend the Honey Walnut Shrimp entrée!
