So glad to re-experience the St-Hubert. I can remember when they were in the GTA (Burlington) and preferred them to Swiss Chalet. On longer in Ontario from what I can tell... Great to see so many in Quebec. It was one of my wish list items when were passing through. It didn’t disappoint. The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. It was clean. I enjoyed my meal and will be looking forward to dropping in on another location on our way back to Ontario.

The chicken was dryer than normally. the sauce was good, and it is a must try in Quebec. it rarely happens that the chicken breast was dry... first time actually... so might just be an odd things that happened, I could probably had returned it but was too hungry... cleanliness is good, all you eat sauce-gravy, coleslaw salaf and bread... cheaper there as well because it is an express.

Overall the food is delicious. I ordered fish chips with traditional coleslaw. All of them are great. I also ordered indian style demi-poulet (half chicken) with rice. The sauce is amazing. The chicken is delicious. But the rice is hard and the taste is kind of bland. I don't like the rice. I think it can be better.
