I typically don't have breakfast at this restaurant, but I decided to grab a quick snack. The hash browns I ordered were cold and had to be exchanged for a new batch. Other than that, the experience wasn't too bad. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
The staff at this Dunkin' Donuts location were not very friendly. The person working in the morning was particularly rude and unprofessional. He seemed unhappy and it made me feel sorry for him. View all feedback.
On 11/18/22 at 6pm in 2222 forest avenue location The lady taking the order in the drive through very nasty ,unprofessional. She have no name ID on her I ordered through mobile app .went to drive through after 10min ,they said they making the order waitin there again 10 more min i waited . I asked is my order ready Wow she get mad nd talk unprofessional I said how long I waitfor the order 20 min.. I ordered Chia latte and 1 egg cheese wrap They have to keep more manners how to deal withcustomers . This is my usual routine dunkin .all the other employees I deal last years no problem at all Don't know what's wrongwith.this women .HORRIBLE .SHE NEED SOME CLASS .
Terrible they need to be fired make coffee terrible than I tell her I get iced coffee all the time and this place waste of money and they are a waste of space
This Dunkin' Donuts is extremely disorganized. I went in for a hot coffee and it took over 10 minutes to make. The staff does not seem to be trained in efficiency. I was the only person in line when I walked in, but others came in behind me, some to order in person and others using the mobile app. We all had to wait. The woman behind me received her mixed drinks before I got my single hot coffee. It's not worth it to come here.
I went to the restaurant to get a dozen donuts and an iced coffee. The attendant seemed reluctant to let me choose which donuts I wanted. After I asked, she gave me a look, glanced at her coworker, and finally let me pick out my donuts. I felt like I was the one paying, but she was not treating me with respect.
The restaurant made a mistake with the order, so we had to throw away the coffee because they accidentally put 5 mochas instead of 2.
