I opened the box when I got home, abou... read more I would give ZERO stars if I could. I went to grab up a quick bite to eat as I was getting things done to go out of town. I opened the box when I got home, about a 15 minute drive, and immediately was turned off by the presentation of this sandwich. I tried to call the store 4 times as I did things that had to be done before I could leave. I finally was able to go back to the store where a nice young lady understood why I wanted my money back. When the manager got up to the counter she refused to give me my money back, or a fresh sandwich because 1st it had been over 3 hours since I had been there. 2nd because she claimed I hadn 't even gotten the sandwich there that day, even though I presented them with a receipt. I told her I wasn 't going to be called a liar. Why in the world would I make up getting some nasty looking sandwich from them? Clearly I had not eaten the item, I didn 't even touch it to know there was no tarter sauce on it. The manager was very slick mouthed with me when I asked for the following information: the district managers name and number, and her name. She threw the receipt back at me said the number was on there to call (but they don 't answer the phone at all). When I asked for her name she asked me what was my name, when I refused to give her my name, she said That 's what my name is too. No name badges, no owner ship of serving garbage to customers. I have never seen such horrible customer service skills in all of my days. The disposition of the management clearly they run the streets in their off time so customers be forewarned.

I pulled in around 3 o'clock on Sunday. On the sign it says the only side item that was an upcharge was the baked potato. Boy, is the sign wrong as they upcharg... read more I pulled in around 3 o'clock on Sunday. On the sign it says the only side item that was an upcharge was the baked potato. Boy, is the sign wrong as they upcharged for each side item. I got the two seafood platters and ended up paying $40 dollars. When I asked about the upcharges I was told it didn't matter what the sign says that's how it was rang up! Poor customer service. Also, as I pulled away I realized she forgot the drinks. I had to go back in. Finally we could eat. Unimpressed is an understatement. Everything was extremely greasy or undercooked.. Only put one star because I had no choice for less. Do better Captain Ds. What a disappointment I could have gone to a buffet and been happier. I recommend going to any other Captain Ds then Starke Florida.
