Unfortunately, the chicken had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp far too long. They also forgot to include an order of fries. All four of us ended up discarding our sandwiches after tasting them. Wasting $30 like that makes me seriously consider skipping my favorite chicken spot for a place that genuinely cares.

I wanted iced tea but was told it wasn't ready yet, and the Coke machine ran out of ice. Then I had to wait another 5 minutes at the counter just to get some pepper. Frustrating experience—definitely won’t be back!

I went with my grandfather to place an order, and the cashier just stared at us without doing anything while her manager dealt with a technical problem. There was no greeting or any polite interaction; she seemed genuinely unhappy. I don’t mind her attitude, but it took them 15 minutes just to take our order and serve the food, whereas the drive-thru was moving quickly. Honestly, if I hadn’t been with my grandpa, we would have said something. Overall, I was very unimpressed. If you don’t enjoy working at KFC, maybe you should reconsider your job.

The woman at the counter was very friendly and even brought my order to my table, which I appreciated. The food was delicious, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Additionally, the restaurant was very clean.
