The hotel is in a nice location, the surroundings of... read more I was partially disappointed by my stay at Hotel Bauer, especially the price/quality ratio, food and staff. The hotel is in a nice location, the surroundings offer many activities for children and adults, beautiful nature. A plus is the wellness that the hotel offers, saunas and a swimming pool. Well, the others are quite weak for me. There is a small selection of dishes for dinner, mainly meat and traditional dishes, nothing for vegetarians. Breakfast also poor, not that one did not eat, but poor quality, few vegetables, with a large number of guests it was difficult to grab some fruit. I would expect more information at the reception, basic information about where things are, what we can use, what can be done in the area. We were also not informed that the baby bed is for an extra charge for each day, which seems to me a bit over the line at the price of 2800 CZK per night (we didn't have the sheets changed even once). There is no kettle or minibar in the room. It would require a more professional approach of the staff. Also, the hotel is not wheelchair accessible. Better to offer less, but with quality. The safe in the room could b... read more I don't understand how anyone can give this hotel 5 stars. The rooms were not cleaned, as a 3* hotel is obliged to clean every day. The safe in the room could be carried in one hand, so no security. The sink was leaking and the shower wasn't working properly. Wellness could only be managed with the pool in mind. The fact that a person gets one towel a day and has to use it for wellness is something I have never experienced before and it really made me sick. When a person asked for another one, they had a problem at the reception... I was literally told that 4 bath towels for 2 people is a lot!!! People go there on vacation, but the hotel bar closes at 9:00 p.m. and on Sundays at 8:00 p.m. One has no place to properly sit with family and friends, since nothing was open in the entire village and hotel. I was in this hotel twice the first and the last. Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 3
