The hotel is in a beautiful location, the rooms are clean. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and typical for the Beskydy Mountains. Nice wellness and food above average and excellent. Rooms: Clean and cozy. Nearby activities: Beskydy, perhaps that says it all. Food drinks: The food was excellent. And for a decent price. Rooms: 4 Service: 5
When stayed it was very warm weather. So wanted to open the windows in the night as there is no air conditioning. Realised that swimming pool is heated by coal burner and all that smoke went straight into the room. Ended up feeling sick by the end of the night. And could not sleep because of that. Ordered 2 massages but the therapist did not show up. Hotel returned money for that. Ended up staying one night shorter as could not stand that smell in the room.
Completely incompetent service, you don't even have the option to order and when you do, you wait for an hour and a half. Catastrophe Service: 1
This is the third time we have been on holiday in this hotel, so far every year we have been satisfied. However, this year's holiday was bad from the beginning, at the reception there was an older lady who, in my opinion, should welcome the guests and not behave arrogantly and, in case of ignorance of the guest who was waiting for the accommodation, shamelessly scold him. Ok, the next day, we go swimming in the morning, the pool probably doesn't know what maintenance is either, the cracked and falling out 2x2 cm pavement caused my daughter to cut her leg. The next day it happened again with the family, who were obviously not prepared for it like we were the day before. Blood on the floor and around the pool, none of the attendants were interested. Unfortunately, the hotel's services are going down a bit, which is a shame, unfortunately there is no hygiene either, and that's why I was not surprised when we found out after arrival that the daughter was bitten by some kind of monster, and so was the son. After unpacking all the things and washing them, we discovered one jumping carcass of course it could have been from the forest somewhere, but somehow I don't believe it. This year it was probably the last accommodation at Hotel Bauer
