Loving the renovations. Cleaner, fresher, modern look for a traditional urban local. Sat in a booth in the front section. Light airy spot. Well done on the new menu, good variety. We had the fish and chips with the absolutely fabulous mushy peas. Very tasty and definitely a new favourite! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Salisbury Hotel, Stanmore:
The Salisbury Hotel in Stanmore has been renovated and we were keen to have a meal there and see the renovations. We ended up very disappointed. All the carpets have been removed and the eating area is now an echo chamber. It was possible to hear every word of the conversation at the table at the far end of the room. New reburb and kitchen are excellent. Food is delicious and good value. The back of the pub now has a beautiful outdoor area and live music.

We had a disappointing experience on a Friday night at this restaurant. Our family of three visited on a cold wintry evening. The Asian greens salad was mostly noodles and tofu with very few greens.
