Waited 25 minutes or more in the drive thru (there were only two cars ahead of me). I should have left went somewhere else, but I wasn't from around there wasn't sure what else was available. My fries were cold, I got a small drink instead of the medium that I ordered and my chicken wrap was a mess (half the insides were on the outside of the wrap).
I took my rating down to a 2 because of the service here lately. The last couple of times I have gone here in the evening, it takes 30 to 40 minutes to get your food. I ordered online and still sat at the speaker for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me.
I had pulled into the drive-through line, and one of the workers told me they were closing for the holidays and asked me to leave. There were three other cars in the drive-through that I guess did have a chance to
The drive-thru experience here is quite frustrating. They take your order only when you pull up, and then the next car has to wait until they prepare the first car's order before they can take their order. This process continues throughout the day. Additionally, they often run out of food at around 12:30 AM until closing time. They also refuse to make Frostys after midnight and won't prepare them before 10:30 AM, even if you try to order one at 10:25 AM.
