I would like to say how much I really enjoyed my sausage sandwich and what excellent service the staff was given is wonderful and friendly, it was the best I ever tried. I would recommend it very much. View all feedback. What Clair S doesn't like about The Summer House:

read moreThe Summer House café has attracted both praise and criticism from its visitors. While some commend the warm service and enjoyable dishes, others highlight significant cleanliness issues and disappointing food quality. Diners noted dirty tables, mouldy restrooms, and subpar meals, such as a botched leek bake and burnt toast. Conversely, several guests appreciated the friendly atmosphere and well-made breakfasts, with particular mention of the charming staff. Despite occasional lapses in service and quality, the café has its supporters, particularly for its homemade treats and accommodating service, making it a place worth exploring—with caution.
