What Rebecca Rossetti doesn't like about Heath House Farm:
This review is not about the food as we did not manage to get that far! We rang on the Friday and asked to book a table. We were told only 5 or more can book, and just “take your chance calling by” i then asked Are you very busy today Fri or over the weekend? Again being told”call in and take a chance! I recently visited Heath House Farm with my elderly parents, one of whom uses a wheelchair. The parking outside and level access into the building made it easy for us to enter. While the usual policy is not to book tables in advance for small groups, they do allow pre-booking for wheelchair users. The cafe itself is charming, but may be challenging to navigate during busy times, which is why they ensure accessible tables are available. The staff we encountered were incredibly helpful and friendly. The cakes looked delicious and the meals we ordered were both generous and tasty. It's no wonder this place is so popular. There is a cute gift shop next to the cafe, with a fully accessible disabled toilet located at the end of the shop. They also offer afternoon tea vouchers for purchase, which must be booked in advance. I've heard from a friend that the afternoon tea experience is amazing. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended this location to others. I even bought some afternoon tea vouchers as birthday gifts!

My friends and I have visited Heath House Farm multiple times for breakfast and lunch, and we have always been impressed by the delicious food and excellent service. Recently, we decided to host an Afternoon Tea for a small group of friends, but it turned into a large gathering with 41 guests! Despite the unexpected crowd, the freshly prepared food was delightful and the service remained efficient and friendly. All of our guests raved about the delicious food. A heartfelt thank you to Mary and the entire team for a wonderful experience.
Realised I’d never written a review! I come Here often with my parents and also my husband and daughter! We prefer To support local businesses, we always buy our plants etc from here! The food is always excellent, it is slightly pricey but we’ve never had a bad meal! The vanilla lattes and the oatcakes are some of my favourites and the cakes are amazing! staff are all so friendly and wonderful :
