Under new management and things have changed I would imagine...Got the prime rib special and definitely would not recommend it. The server brought it out to me and even mentioned that the cook thought it was rare in the center and if I didn't like it that I could send it back. I ordered the prime rib medium. Why send the food out if you already know it has problems? The meat was well done on the outsides of the prime rib and then rare in the center. I have never seen this before! Unfortunately, I had to send it back. The next one that came out was so well done that I couldn't eat it. This was funny because I noticed on their menu it says don't complain about the food if you order it well done. Ha! Again, I ordered it medium. The sad thing is that I heard from the back before the 2nd prime rib came out....I wish I could see the look on his face when he gets this one! Again, why even bring the food out when you know it isn't cooked properly. For someone that doesn't like to complain, it is hard for me to write this, but I felt like I had to. Three people went out to eat and spent almost $100 here, but sure didn't get their money's worth. I have no reason to go back to Station 61 and recommend you go somewhere else as well.
