Casey's - Stacy
Casey's
Description
Casey’s has emerged as a convenient stop for quick meals and snacks, particularly appreciated for its hot food offerings like pizza and cheese bread. While some customers praise the flavors, others have criticized inconsistent quality, with recent experiences highlighting underwhelming pizzas and unsanitary conditions. Concerns about staff professionalism and respect have further dampened the restaurant's reputation. Additionally, difficulties with gas pump payment systems lead to customer frustration. Despite the negative feedback, many families enjoy the convenience and variety of treats available, making it a mixed bag in the realm of gas station dining.

It's a gas station/convenience store with nice restrooms and some good hot food ready to eat for breakfast and lunch. I have never been there to see if they have evening hot food.
Make sure to inquire about the type of pizza you are getting before leaving this restaurant.
I generally appreciate the service and friendliness of the part-time staff at this restaurant. However, if there is another gas station or convenience store in Chisago County where the ownership or management seems to care less about overall operations and amenities, I would like to know about it so I can avoid it. The receipt printers are frequently jammed at some of the gas pumps at this Casey's, and these issues can go days without being addressed. In today's COVID world, I shouldn't have to go inside the building for my gas receipt if I don't want to. When I wanted a fountain soda today, I changed my mind when I saw a sign indicating a problem with the CO2 system. I later found out from a friend and coworker that the same sign had been up for at least two days, if not longer. These types of issues are addressed more quickly at the Kwik Trip in town.
