After I ordered my subs, the employee at the counter seemed completely bewildered as if she didn't know what was going on, even though she appeared ready to take orders. Her manner was confusing, and then out of nowhere, she said, "I’m sorry, we just opened, and I need to refill the sauces." After that, she disappeared into the back for quite a while before finally serving us. It's hard to believe that 45 minutes after opening, the staff were unprepared and seemed to lack the right mindset to serve customers. Additionally, I saw a concerning note left on a previous customer's order in the Google reviews—it's really disappointing that such behavior is allowed in your establishment. I definitely won't be returning.
