Taco Bell - St Thomas

Picked up 4 soft tacos and asked for hot sauce. Got home; there were 3 mild sauces and the tacos were cold! Staff need better customer service !

Rude and ignorant staff, wish I could give zero stars! Went inside to place an order and was completely ignored by five or six employees who were all chatting away in another language, except the woman at the drive thru window (giving credit where creditis due). Eventually someone who looks like the manager came forward to the register, but only to take a reading and alsocompletely ignored me. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they?re having a meeting about somethingimportant as they were all still chattering away, until one of them came up to the counter, immediately turned his back to meand leaned on it. Within seconds another guy leaned up against the counter, also with his back to me, as they continued talkingexcitedly. I should mention that before walking in the restaurant I saw four or five of them piling out of a newer sports car,so I?m assuming that?s what they were all speaking about. I?ve had enough at this point, so instead of dragging them over thecounter by their scrawny little necks and bashing their heads together, while demanding some simple respect and actual customerservice, I simply left the restaurant there?s no way I?d eat the food if I have to raise a fuss to get it. Hopefully the nextperson who gets treated that way shows less restraint than I did, and let?s them know first hand what it?s like to bedisrespected in a Taco Bell. This restaurant should have the staff completely replaced, including the management and franchisee.

Need da taco, oh boy... You got da taco brejjy! Here 's how it goes down. Roll up to drive thru speaker Dem: Welcome to Taco Bell, WE DEM BOOOOYS!! Me: EEEEEEEH!!!! Dem: YOOOOOoooooo, you want dat box breh?? Me: You know how we do!!!! Then I go munch, munch, munch and my quality of life skyrockets to new highs! For real though, the staff is awesome, always super upbeat and polite and they are much quicker now since the renovations. Thanks Teebs, ooooh I ??? love y 'all!

The gentleman at the speaker was very nice and outgoing. He notified me of a meal/ingredients change when I ordered my normal go to burrito which I appreciated. Can never go wrong with Taco Bell and this location is probably the best one I've ever been to!

Just orders a beef burrito supreme and this is what we got... It costs 10 bucks for a tortilla, cheese, and almost no beef... Thanks for the great meal.
