At around 6:56 pm, a rat was observ... read more I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding my dining experience on 9 December 2025 at approximately 6:30 pm. At around 6:56 pm, a rat was observed by my friend running heading toward the kitchen area. We immediately notified a waiter but at that moment there was no visible proof, less than five minutes later it reappeared and was seen moving under a table behind our table. Upon seeing it the second time, I reacted strongly I panicked and jumped up, as I am extremely fear of rats. The presence of a rat roaming freely within the dining area is a severe hygiene and food safety issue and is wholly unacceptable for any food establishment and it raised serious doubts about the restaurant’s sanitation standards and pest control practices. Due to this incident, we were unable to continue our meal and left after consuming only approximately 30% of the food. The bill was waived, which is acknowledged however, this does not diminish the gravity of the situation. While the food quality itself was acceptable, concerns regarding cleanliness and pest management far outweigh any positive aspects. I strongly urge the restaurant owner and management to review the CCTV footage from the stated time and to conduct an immediate and thorough review of their pest control and hygiene procedures. This matter should be treated with urgency in the interest of public health and customer safety.

Upon entrance to the restaurant, we passed by an open fire oven and to our delight, saw spare ribs being prepared as the day's special. We were seated in a large room on the upper floor. The wooden chairs were really heavy and the ambiance was countryside like with plenty of wooden furnishings. The waiter was really friendly and charming. The spare ribs were charred, perfect and very delicious. We also order gnocchi which must be the best gnocchi I had, it was tasty and soft. Overall, such a lovely dinner!

Pr... read more This was the second time we visited this restaurant as we had enjoyed a meal there in Oct 2020. Food was as good as we remembered and staff we very friendly. Prices are also very reasonable (for St. Moritz). We will be back!
