Leider war es dieses Jahr das letzte Jahr mit Röbbi Jagisch der Chef geht in Pension nach dem nächsten Winter auch seine Assistentin Silvia ! Das Buffet am Abend vom 1.August ist immer grossartig mit Tafelspitz, Mehrrettichsauche, Kalbsbäggli und Kartoffelstoch, heisser Schinken etc.Nach dem Hauptgang geht man nach draussem um rundherum die Höhenfeuer anzuschauen und auch ein eigenes Feuer ! Dieses Jahr war es besonders schön ! Dann gehts zum Dessertbuffet ! Hausgemachte Meringues mit Schlagrahm, Tiramisu, Mousse au Chocolat und viel Beeren und Eis ! h

Sono stata accolta con gentilezza dalla signora che purtroppo non so il nome , mangio una piccola porzione di polenta coi finferli ...squisita fatta con amore e dal profumo delicato delle erbette fresche , per dessert con golosità ordino una porzione grande di kaiserschmarrn con composto di prugne ...squisito ! Locale davvero accogliente con scelta varia di pietanze tipiche della posizione , servite con amore e cucinate con passione ! Adoro location dove trovi ancora prodotti genuini semplici ma che mantengono gusti e tradizione !!
