Very fine food, nice service. Ambiance was good, but the restaurant was still a bit empty due to the shoulder season. But you can have a good time. Also good for vegan dishes, has a selection of them. Vegetarian options: Vegan dishes are also available Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
A great idea for a tasty meal. The ability to choose products and create your own dish is excellent. A very large selection of meat and seafood. Fantastic sauces prepared by the chef. Yummy Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Hi. I am Mongolian. But I think this restaurant is not Authentic restaurant. I really shocked when people left feedback about those animals (crocodile, kangaroo etc. Who knows the owner is Mongolian or foreigner but it looks like pretending and using Mongolian cuisine name. Obviously I saw some decorations and Mongolian paintings but it is not referencing our traditional dishes. I am agree most people think about Mongolians are Nomads and must eat exotic animals meats and it is true we eat lots of meat but NOT THESE SPECIES. We mostly eat lamb or beef and some regions people eat camel, horse and goats. But not usually. It is same as South Italians eat horses sometimes. I want to say Mongolians never eat crocodiles, kangaroos and migrant birds meat and egg. Also geographically we are in Central Asia so it is impossible to surviving these species in my country. Also WE NEVER EAT RAW MEAT! ANY MONGOLIANS So I am very disappointed using my country’s name to faking people and feeding them. Also I don’t see any traditional dishes in the menu. Don’t spend your money to get wrong comprehension of Mongolian dishes and eating strange animals meat. Who knows you will get sick after your service.
Very expensive-$70 buffet, but when do you have a chance to try all these exotic meats at the same time? Kangaroo, bison, crocodile, zebra, ostrich. Also had fish, shrimp, turkey, chicken, quail eggs etc. Beef was too tough to chew. Kangaroo and bison were favorites. Drinks and desserts not included. Three pre-mixed salads were included. Variety of sauces.
A “different” option in Sankt Moritz all you can eat formula where you can pick from the bouffet a selection of several meats(also guanaco, crocodile,... and fishes, vegetables and so on. Your selection is then cooked by the chef, live, and seasoned with the sauce of your choice (8-10 possible sauces . You’ll be also able to pick a starter dish. All for 58 fr. the restaurant is small but never super busy. Friendly staff. Sometime a bit slow, but all in all, much recommended!
