I know it costs more to transport food up to this point, but at these prices they must be flying it in by helicopter. If you can make it down to the bottom of the hill without stopping here, you will certainly save yourself some money

I ordered a wienerschnitzel and when I got it the underside was completely burnt and inedible. I told the server about it and he just took the plate without giving any sort of apology.Then he asked me if I wanted the same or something else. So I ordered the dish of the day. They brought it out but forgot to bring cutlery. After asking two servers to bring me cutlery, I did it myself. Service was very unprofessional. The kitchen was also unprofessional. It is unacceptable that a chef sends out burnt food to his customers. Will never return

When visiting and rating this restaurant particularly in winter season we cannot but consider that it is located in a remote area in the middle of a snow slope... read more When visiting and rating this restaurant particularly in winter season we cannot but consider that it is located in a remote area in the middle of a snow slope connecting Corvacth and St. Moritz. It cannot be reached directly by car or by any cable and all must be hand caried or with a snowcat or snowmobile. When this is clear it will be difficult to complain about some missing plate in the menu or similar. In winter only one person sleep there all personel leave the refuge in the afternoon going down valley with sky. This is a nice place where to have lunch during the sking days and simple traditional food is available . I love to stop there and have a bite and a drink before discending to St Moritz particularly in those cold days of winter when your leg are tired and you really need to warm up. It is clean , with nice wiew and the hospitality is nothing less sometime can be something more than the average in Engadina . In Summer it little different as days are longer and the place can be reached by walk by many turist. Price in line with competition.
