I come to this charming mountain hat-style restaurant regularly every year. In the past I had great experiences (be it for a full meal or just some coffee and dessert), but this time I and my friend were disappointed. Inside it was filled with a group dinner, outside on the sunny terrace we were just three tables. The staff was too busy with the people inside and we had to get up several times to order more, complain about the cold food, etc. We had to wait very long for a simple lunch. The quality of food has suffered a lot, compared to years. Can no longer recommend this place, despite its beautiful surroundings with great views.
We visited the FIS World Cup and had lunch in this fantastic place with a great view! Lunch was Nice local cheese and cheese fondu from Emmi. the service was great and it is next to the slope.
We were at the Swiss court and they proposed a cheese fondue night here. Great restaurant! Very cozy atmosphere. Super cheese fondue (moitie-moitie). I wish I knew it earlier.
This place at the end of the Suvretta ski slope has been a great place for years for a drink after the last swing on the slopes or in the evening for a fondue
Clavadatsch was a well kept secret for ages: Today, the ancient cowshed is a well run little restaurant for skiers and walkers in the middle of the most prestigous villas of the suvretta mountain. From mid january on, on sunny days, the terrace gets warm enough to have a lunch outside. Capacity is very limited so the service remains very personal but I recommend to make reservations. Menue is very simple. Typical dishes of the region and a nice choice of very good wines.
