What Nick Ellison doesn't like about Crumbl Port St. Lucie:
Ordered curbside pick-up, they left us waiting in the designated parking spot for 40mins, had to go in-store, which we found out that they ignored all curbside and only willing to attend to in-store orders. This is the second time (first time was over an hour wait). Lack of ownership, leadership and experience is what will eventually be the closure of this store, might be a few years but it will happen. The cookies are everything you can dream of and more and the customer service is just
Tried once… It’s not my cup of tea. The cookies are a generous amount to eat to but you can’t eat one cookie in a setting.
