I came here on a Friday around 9:30 and the place was empty but by the time I left there were about 8 tables occupied. Half the people that came in the waiter asked if they wanted their normal order. Always liked this place. Didn't mind driving from Fort Pierce. But today I got a disgusting hair in my potatoes. The waitress offered the carpet but the girl working in the kitchen wouldn't let her. View all feedback.
I've always enjoyed this restaurant and didn't mind making the drive from Fort Pierce. However, during my visit today, I found a disgusting hair in my potatoes. The waitress tried to address the issue, but the kitchen staff would not allow her to replace my meal.

The waiter was very attentive and refilled my coffee and water. I'm definitely coming back.
We've been dining here for many years and we love it. Great food and great staff.
I had the worst experience I've ever encountered at a restaurant or diner, and I will never, under any circumstances, return to Americans Café in Port St. Lucie. I don't mean to be rude, but I was appalled by the use of offensive language.
Food was good, staff was friendly. Nice little hole in the wall to get some breakfast. Will be back.
