Very nice place, clean and friendly staff. Unfortunately, requiring your customers to fill out various sheets of paper to place an order was incredibly strange and the opposite of hospitality. You don’t have to do that when going to Jersey Mike’s, Jimmy John’s, Subway, Publix or any other sandwich shop I’ve ever been to in my life. View all feedback.
Food is always great and ready when you get there. Gyro sandwich is my go to
I’m honestly stunned. Ordered a bowlwich (so removed bread altogether and just ingredients in a bowl) and that price adds almost $2. Then we get the bowlwhich and this is all that is it in. Almost $11 for this. A complete rip off.
I 've been to this location a handful of times never had an issue until today. I order a chicken Philly regular and when I got home with the order it was super wet. Mind you I live off morningside Blvd so it takes me less than five mins to get home. I called to speak to a manager to see if it can be remade however she was laughing and asked what 's the problem I don 't know I found that very rude and when I asked her why she was laughing she said I 'm just one of those people and I 'm the owner (whatever that means I 'm not sure if this is a franchise but that was horrible costumer service. Even the cashier who took care of me didn 't say a single word to me until I left with a have a good day . Customer service is everything!
Went to PSL location. Wow super friendly staff and steak and cheese was excellent. Glad I went .
It was our first time there, and it won't be our last. As soon as we walked in we noticed a nicely decorated and clean place. We looked at their huge menu located on the wall and were greated by the most friendliest gentleman who explained to us how to order. You choose the slips of yellow paper that are labeled favorites, clubs, build your own, sides, Shakes. Then there are red markers you use to fill out your order on the slips. You put your name on the top. Then bring it to cashier ro ring you up. We ordered the banana pudding shake which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended. I also had a BLT that came with avocado and I had them add American cheese. It was probably the best BLT I've ever had. My husband ordered a Cuban which was really good. We shared some crinkle fries with Cajun ranch for dipping. Fries were hot and goes well with Cajun ranch. We had a great experience. Will definitely be returning to try more things.
