Greggs - St Ives

Hi I just wanted to tell people about the quality of the workers in this greggs, I visited 22 juli 17 last Saturday with my two girls and I kerl pushed before us, doesn't sound much, but I had a bad day. I didn't say anything, but the personal was obviously uncomfortable with the situation and apologized for the incident, they were brilliant. it showed excellent customer service and that they take care of all customers. I hope the manager reads these cries and says that I will thank the employees.

Love greggs but very unhappy that they don't have knifes and forks or salt anymore I always had a little bit of salt and pepper on my sasauge roll and always ate it with a knife and fork because I don't like the grease on my hands but they don't supply them anymore so it's lost a star from me. If they bring back the salt and pepper and knife and forks then I will give it the full 5 stars.

I absolutely love their hearty baked goods! They're always fresh and consistently delicious. Their donuts are also fantastic! You can usually feed four people for a very reasonable price, which is great.

The food and drinks were excellent. The presentation was impressive, and the spaces were clean and well-maintained.
