I love Firehouse Subs but today was exceptional. Not only did my online order only take about 5 min to make but I was able to run inside and request my sandwich be cut into thirds. I also asked Riley if I could pay for some extra pickles because my daughter is really sick and she wanted “Five pickles for lunch”. Ordered via doordash. I was disappointed that the italian was not hot. It did not indicate on the online menu but was located amongst other sandwiches that were assumed to be warm. There was a second one listed among cold sandwiches so I assumed in error. The mac and cheese was tasteless and at 5.85 was a bigger disappointment. I won't do business there again. View all feedback.
