There is always a long wait and the staff seem too busy bei... read more I am so wary of going to this KFC. I have emailed feedback on the form and never head anything back. There is always a long wait and the staff seem too busy being social with each other to concentrate on getting your order right. Even the managers don't seem to care. I could give so many examples of where they get it wrong but I don't think it would do any good as staff and management here don't care about customer feedback. They put the wrong food in your bag, don't give you less than what you pay for, serve cold food, always cold chips! and are usually indifferent to the fact that customers work hard fortheir money too. Go to a different KFC or get something else.

It was the most terrible KFC visit I've had and I won't be going back.
